question 380 (in official guid for gmat page 217)

The explaination is .. Since the measure of inscribed angle PRO is 35, the measure of minor arc OP is 70 and the measure of inscribed angle QPR is 35, the measure of minor arc QR is 70

I don't understand its basis knowledge. So please help me explain it.

HI,sorry to say that but there is nothing to understand here. It is a rule that an inscribed angle is equal to 1/2 the measure of the adjacent arc. But if the angle is a central one, it is equal to the arc in measure. If you can not remember it think simply of a triangle. It has sum of angles 180 degrees and when inscribed this sum is measured by 360 degrees of the circle. Hope this can help
