Congrats on deciding to apply to b-school! It's definitely an amazing experience.
In terms of your profile, you have several years of management/operations/engineering experience and a respectable GMAT score. You could use more examples of your people skills, leadership, teamwork, and community involvement.
One big component that is missing is what your goals are and why you need the MBA to reach them. That is a critical part of your application.
In terms of schools, I'm not sure what region you are interested in living/working/studying? But unless you are considering re-taking the GMAT, you'll likely look at schools that have an average score of 640-680 or thereabouts for a competitive chance. In terms of US schools, that includes a long list of options, and really depends upon what other characteristics you are looking for in a program, but for example UT Austin, Emory, Cornell. You'll need to do some more research into the differences among programs and what you are looking for. Wishing you all the best in this application process.
