First of all, when looking for MBA programs, I would look at programs that could help you reach your goals.
obviously, any of the top schools anywhere could fit your profile. IF you get in to Wharton, even if it's not necessarily an "energy specialized school" obviously you will come away with what you need. And top schools are NOT out of reach for you! Yes, you can balance them with a few a bit lower down on the GMAT average and ranking, though.
So, a few schools that do "specialize" in Energy:
There are also several less well known programs that have SPECIFIC MBAs in Petroleum and Gas, for example: Aberdeen or UPEShttp://www.upes.ac.in/
