Solid to good profile, helped by the fact that you are female Indian applicant. I think LBS is reaching a bit far, but everyone should apply to some long-shot schools. Given your social entrepreneurship goals, I think you'd have a chance at the following schools: Haas, Michigan, Cornell, Yale, NYU, UNC.

Yes, you should note the 5-month gap in your application's data section, on your CV, and in your optional essay. Describe briefly what you did on that website during those 5 months. Don't apologize, just briefly explain. Taking a break from work to try a website venture related to your career aspirations is not a negative.
