It is unlikely you would be competitive with the top 10 schools and also with consulting recruiters with such limited work experience. Because of your time in graduate school, you have not logged the kind of real world professional experience that the top 10 schools like to see, so you may be viewed as someone they can easily recommend "some back next year" after you have been around the proverbial block a time or two more. Having said that, if you can get a really good GMAT score, and can speak to your experience as exceptional in what you saw and acheived, you could have a shot. Certainly your background would be a bit different than the typical Indian applicant which is always a good thing given the relative size of that application pool (and you are weighed against others with a similar background and cultural experience). I would say if you choose to throw in for a top 10 US school, you should try to do 5-6 applications and diversify your target schools' rankings to give you the best shot at one of them.
