I have put on waitlist saying that they require more time to evaluate my application now dnt knw when will i recieve a decision.

hey how much time do they take from the time of interview to provide the results? I interviewed in November 18th and have not heard from them yet.
Do they upload the results directly to the website?

I interviewed on19th nov. i was told that the result will be out before 20th dec
