I also went to NYU undergrad, and applied to Kellogg/Booth/Duke too, and want to go into consulting, so hopefully I can be some help!
When I was deciding between Kellogg and Duke, it was really an easy choice. Kellogg does considerably better among the top firms than Duke (~150 MBB at Kellogg). Duke offered me $20k a year, and Kellogg offered me nothing, so it wasn't as much money as you, but even with $70k from Duke I was choosing Kellogg. (Kellogg eventually gave me $25k anyways after I filled out the FAFSA). If I were in your shoes, the choice would be between Booth and Kellogg.
I got rejected from Booth, so it didn't really come up, but if I got into both, I was choosing Kellogg (although if Booth gave me money, and Kellogg didn't, I would've chose Booth). I too wanted a true college experience - and this is my last chance. I also wanted to get away from finance people, and wanted to be surrounded by people with strong social skills/fun people (I work finance in NYC, and I'm surrounded by "questionable" people).
Did you go to DAK (day at kellogg) btw for admitted students? I was already sold before it, but it was really enjoyable, and definitely re-affirmed my choice.
