Hi WannabeTitan,
Apologies for the late response. I'm not sure if I would be the right person to do a profile evaluation as admission depends on a lot of criteria such as your story, essays, interview and your interest-to name a few. I can get you connected with an admission director who would be happy to answer your questions. Does that work for you? I'm sorry that I'm not much useful in this case.
Regarding your other queries:
1) criteria based on which Rotman acts as gurantor for the candidates << Rotman doesn't act as guarantor for the students but few banks offer half-tuition loan without a co-signer.
2) what is average scholarship which Rotman provides to Asian candidates << As far as I know, the range of scholarship among South Asians is from 10K-50K. There are lots of stipend/Financial aid/Waiver in Rotman, such as Entrance scholarship (based on your profile), Rotman challenge contest (Full/Partial scholarship) etc. You can find more about those in the following link.

Please note, I had already had admit from Rotterdam University, Netherlands and McGill University, Canada for Class 2015 but couldn't accept them for financial and personal reasons. I would also like to know the following:
1) criteria based on which Rotman acts as gurantor for the candidates
2) what is average scholarship which Rotman provides to Asian candidates
