I can tell you that the MGMAT books are probably the very best resources in print. We often recommend the MGMAT books to our students, because they are so good.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that students have improved their GMAT scores using all three of these services; I know that's true for Magoosh, and I assume it's true for others as well. Is Magoosh "as good as" or "not as good as" or "better than" the others? Well, I certainly have my opinions on that question --- personally, I think Magoosh is every bit as good as the others --- but you arguably could call those opinions biased. Two objective things I will point out: (1) Kaplan & MGMAT are organized primarily around taking a physical class at a physical location; the have some online resources, but I think you only get the "full" experience if you take a physical class; Magoosh, by contrast, is entirely online, so you get the full experience anywhere you can get an internet connection, on your own schedule, whenever and wherever is convenient. (2) I think in price, we have either one of those two way beat.
