Thanks for sharing your background. Honestly, I would not worry nor stress. You have a strong profile to be accepted into a strategy and business analytic program at one of the top 10 b-schools here in the US. However, it will take a little bit of preparation from your end to succeed. By no means, is it impossible - it is completely achievable. Even though you have a solid score of 620, I would try to retake the GMAT after 6-8 months of consistent studying and practice test taking. Try to use 2 forms of studying methods (i.e. tutor and online tool) coupled together versus just one approach. If you score above a 620, great - you are even more attractive to business schools. If you score below a 620, I would still strongly encourage you to apply to these top programs. I have found in all of my years of consulting that 90% of the candidates I work with "opt-out" of the application to a specific school because they believe they do not have a chance. After we work together, they usually are pleasantly surprised to see how the school positively accepted their candidacy. In fact, we are believers of word of mouth and less on testimonials.
