I received an email last night notifying me that my application is complete and they have all the materials necessary to review my file. I then logged in to the application, and the status has changed to 'under review'

I'll now probably attempt to not think about receiving an invite from Haas for at least the next 7-10 days... But I doubt I'll be successful... I'm not that mentally strong!

Totally understand how you feel but I'll make it simpler (or not!). I'm a reapplicant and was interviewed last year. I received the corresponding email on 24th Oct last year but my interview invitation came as late as 14th Dec. I don't think that going under review is any indication (Though I don't know what is) So take a deep breath!

I submitted Sept 30
received email that it was ready to review on Oct 8
then Oct 28 received interview invite

Has everyone received an email saying their application was ready for review? When I check my application status it says that it's "under review" but I never received an email saying anything along those lines.

Yes. I think you should have received it if your app is "under review." Did you check your spam folder?

Why is this board not as active as others? No one wants to go to Haas?

I think it's because some other boards have schools that have set dates for when to expect interview invites. With Haas, we just know they should come before January. Not very inspiring!

Hmmm nothing in the spam folder. Perhaps worth just checking in with the admissions office? Though, I don't to be that crazy applicant that checks with them for everything....

If you want to avoid calling admissions, you could periodically check the application status page. If you're invited to interview it should show up there as well.

Got the standard email today from Haas that my app is under review and I got the invite to set up my login information on the Berkeley site. (Consortium app, submitted on the deadline)
