Yeah ChunC. It's a good thing you started apartment search. I'd suggest that you get in touch with current students, since many apartments go down from one student to another and are definitely better option than paying the agent fee.

ChunC - Many current students stay at Station 9 -https://www.stationnine.com/. Their website gives you the rent details and other leasing information. I think I also read in a different thread that it allows you to lease for 9 months too so that you are not paying rent for the apartment in Durham and also for the place you would need to lease during summer internship.

Do check it out!

I'll be visiting the campus around Thanksgiving and I am so excited to be a part of this class!

Do we suppose to receive a package by mail? Any international students receive it yet? Or is it just a e-version package?

I've actually started testing out the road to the school on google maps (horizontal view) lol. If you haven't tried it yet, I think you really should

General question, should we (or is it adviced to) wait until the background verification is complete before we withdraw applications from other schools?

Fuqua's sent some nice goodies. Great gesture by the school. Love it!

Like everyone, I'm waiting for my request to be accepted by the facebook group.

Does any of you international guys know what would work as "proof of funding" for the F-1 visa application?
