I am currently in United States and exploring the option to visit the campus. If that does not work, can I schedule a Skype interview ?

Yes you absolutely can. I had my Skype interview with an Ad Com member a few days back and it was a good experience. That being said, since you have the opportunity to visit the campus, I think you should push for an on campus interview.

I saw on their website that recommenders have 10 business days after each deadline to submit recommendations.

Once we schedule the interview, can we upload another version of the resume ?

You will have to email the adcom and let them know that you would like the interviewer to have your updated resume.

15th being Monday... Can we expect the decisions to start rolling out from Friday or will it happen only on Monday?

Only on Monday. Rest easy till then!

well...last year they started a day prior to the deadline considering the 100s of phonecalls they needed to make...and this year a day prior is friday!so...u never know!

Considering the open interview policy of unc Kenan flagler... How much weightage does it give to the interview in the admission process?

I'd say pretty much the same weight as other B-Schools, just because it is open door policy doesn't mean it's any less important. Kellogg for instance, also has an open interview policy.

Any Round 2 applicants here? Make some noise people..................

It was a blind interview and the interviewer (Julie Wiley) had just my Resume.
Here are the questions:

1. Walk me through your Resume.
2. Job responsibilities
3. Long term short term goals
4. Leadership and team work and work place
5. How does UNC fit it.
6. Activities related to goal outside work place
7. Leadership initiative and the important traits of a leader.
8. Extra curricular activities.
9. Any question for us

I think those were the main questions.
It was very interactive, where in she gave me useful inputs.

I feel that she spoke more than I did
