30% of 355= 0.3*355

1. Medicare spent on health care between 1/2 and 2/3 of 0.3*355

i.e between 0.5*0.3*355 and (2/3)*0.3*355 i.e 52.xx and 71. So we cant say. Insufficient

2. 0.3*355-50=56.5 . Sufficient

Given Total Spend on Health Care=355
Spend by PHIC =0.3*355=106.5

We need to find whether FGMP spent was <60 B US$

St 1 says FGMP spend 1/2 of PHIC < FGMP spend <2/3 PHIC or 53.25<PHIC spend < 70.2 Not sufficient. A and D ruled out

St 2 says FGMP = PHIC spend -50 pr FGMP=106.5-50 =56.5... sufficient..

B gives a definite value hence sufficient.
