I interviewed on 11/24, transcripts received 11/25, so I'm at 3 1/2 weeks after my interview and still nothing. This is insane.

They let you know regardless, in three weeks, in theory at least, right? So even if I was denied their policy is still to let me know "within up to three weeks" from my interview?

In theory, yes... But obviously they are not meeting their own deadlines! Today marks 5 weeks for me since my interview. I've called the office and emailed my interviewer. Both said I should have heard by now-ish. I'm supposed to email my interviewer tomorrow if I still haven't heard by then.

I was admitted today! I applied right around the R1 deadline and got an invitation to interview about four weeks later. I interviewed late last week and got an e-mail today to check my status. They said if you get a fellowship or merit scholarship you find out via a mailing they send.

I'm also waiting as an R2'er. Based on this thread, it sounds like the adcoms are slammed with R1 invites too. Here's hoping we hear in the next few weeks.

Yeah I'm stunned - I got waitlisted at other similar caliber programs so I was happy with an admit, let alone one so quickly.

So nobody answered my question, do you find out regardless within three weeks, i.e. even if you're dinged? Or do they wait until some other date? It's been a month and I'm still waiting, rejected from all my other schools so I'm dying over hereeee. :(

The answer is no. I think it's SUPPOSED to be three weeks, but they seem to be running behind, as they took 5 weeks to get back to me. That said, I don't know that there's any detectable pattern to the wait time. It seems that people were rejected, accepted, and waitlisted with much shorter wait times than I endured!

I am a round 2 applicant and eagerly waiting on interview invites. I am assuming since round 1 notification is done and over with, round 2 applicants should have started hearing back.

Has anyone heard yet? I know its the holiday week, next two weeks, so I am not expecting much traction here.
