I unsubscribed from the mails from MIT admissions by accident. :? Does anybody know if they will send the invites from the same ID or any other ID? for other schools, I received invites from IDs which were specifically for sending interview invites.

I would resubscribe if you can, just to be safe. I did the same thing with Georgetown and nearly missed my interview invite.

I just checked, and the email I received for my R1 interview invitation from was different than their auto-generated emails. That said, it wouldn't hurt to re-enroll in their general admissions communications. Good luck!

I am wondering if anyone in India or Asia has received interview invite ? this wait is a killer !! plus as my GMAT score is not stellar I am a bit more worried :(

Hello, everyone!!!

I'd like to thank you all who posted updates and shared his/her anxiety about not getting an invitation. You kept my energies up! I have 8 hours time difference so I even woke up at night to read the updates from you, to hear at least some news. The pic with a burnt F5 button made my day. GMAT club is a great community!

Yes, I am happy to announce that I have received an invitation!!! I'm from Europe, I have 7 years of experience in a big multinational FMCG company in supply chain, outweighting my low GMAT score. I do believe that MIT prioritized international students because adcom needs to book tix, hotel in advance and then it's much easier I guess to organize interviews with the US candidates.

I hope to meet some of you in September on MIT campus :)

I would have been interviewed in Tel Aviv which is probably one destination before/after Istanbul. I hope that my interview with Stanford went well enough...
