I got my decision yesterday night that i have been WAITLISTED. :? My GMAT score is 680. And i feel the same i have been WL because of low GMAT score coz for indians AVG GMAT is 700.

Also can someone throw some light what exactly WL means with regards to Mays B-school. As in All the seats have been filled for International candidates and they are waiting if someone leaves and then they will accomodate WL candidates OR There are seats left and they are waiting for better candidates to be interviewd than WL candidates.??

I had very high hopes on Mays and am extremely keen on attending this program this Aug.


I too was waitlisted yesterday and it cant be due to low score. I think Indian quota for batch is done. Lets see if we can get any inputs from ppl previously waitlisted.

I received interview invite from MAYS. I submitted my application on 28th Feb. Received invite on 17th March. It is scheduled on 24th March.

WE- 7 years
CGPA- 8.23
Industry- Automotive After sales (Managerial role)

Has any wait-listed candidate got admit?

I am r2 international student (indian) was waitlisted, got accepted couple of days back with $12k scholarship and in state status... :)

Gmat: 700
Exp: 4+
Had awesome interview with Mike, we laughed through the whole interview.

Really excited to be accepted after long wait

Accepted students- How long did they give you to respond and pay your deposit after acceptance? There's no response deadline on the website and I'm trying to figure out how it will compare with notification deadlines from other schools.

The deposit is due on 4/25 however I don't know about acceptance... I will say accept as soon as you can.

Accepted..I applied in R3 and was put on WL for 2 weeks before getting accepted. Looking forward to joining school this fall.

I was wait listed on 10th march and still there is no update. I'm too worried about the same. Guys are there any chances that I'll be able to make it. I have a GMAT score of 700 with 3+ years of exp.

Hi,

I'm planning to apply in round 3. I missed out this school during my research and recently came to know about it. I'm an IIM(Indian IT Male) with 5 yrs work ex as a business analyst.
I have a GMAT score of 680(Q 49, V 33, AWA 6, IR 2). My IR score is very low..does any have any idea whether IR score are considered?
Also My CGPA is 5.9/10 from a tier 2 institue in India. I heard they have a different conversion rate.
