Hi Solarus,
Are you talking about the recommendation letters? If yes, in that case, for Said Business School, it should be pretty straight forward. If I can remember correctly, the applicant has to provide details of two references (preferably one supervisor and one peer), following which each of the references receive an email with a link to provide the recommendations. My manager who recommended me last year told me that the form consisted of few very basic questions, and a link to upload a letter with additional comments (or a reference letter in simple words). It is highly recommended that your references each provide a letter (min 500 words) explaining why they think that you should be pursuing your MBA from Said Business School. The letter has no specific format. It just needs to be uploaded by the respective people referring you.
As opposed to this, I believe, Cambridge Judge Business School has a very specific set of questions and skill sets on which your references have to grade you and provide justification for the grades given.
