One more thing is that i would rely heavily on scholarship/Loans so have to keep that in mind while applying. Also i want to apply in a country with relatively easier immigration and work permit rules.
Please suggest schools based on that

Let me ask you: How come you are looking only into one-year programs? Is it because of the cost?
Well, in Europe you could look at pretty much any school outside of LBS and INSEAD which would be real long shots. In the US, my suggestion would be for you to apply about in the 20-40 range. If you are sticking solely to one-year programs have a look at the following schools: Emory, Marshall, Mendoza, BU, Babson, Katz....
That should get you started!
Also taking a look at who hires from where to ensure that your schools are the right targets for you hitting your goals.
