Hi all,
Just wanted to pay it forward and give you all an idea of the types of questions to expect during the interview process. I recently had an on campus interview with a second year student, which surprisingly went just a bit over an hour. I don't think this is the norm, I just tend to talk a lot. Overall its a very relaxed setting so no need to stress. Below are a list of the questions I remember being asked so you can do your best to prep.
Walk me through your resume
Why do you want an MBA
Why BC
What are your short term / long term goals
Tell me about a leadership experience
Tell me about a professional experience working within a team
Tell me about your biggest professional or personal failure and how did you respond to it
Tell me about the most important feedback you have received professionally
What clubs are you interested in joining at BC (Make sure you do the research don't just give generic club names)
I'm someone looking to pivot careers so he asked why I'm interested in my new career path
Asked if I had ever lead a project within my organization and what were the details
And finally questions at the end for him.
Hopefully this is helpful for anyone looking to interview at Carroll so best of luck!
