I have submitted my application on 12/22.

how long after the application submission, can one expect the interview invites to roll out?

Also, Is there a way to understand if the review of the application has begun?

Anybody here applied to the one year mba program?

Congrats. When did you submit your application as in which round?

R2 applicant here. Is there any point in expecting a call for inteview at this stage? Since most of the people have reported interview invitations already, I think the door is closed for those who haven't recieved. Sad

Can anyone tell me can I apply for Emory-one year MBA program in the round 3? I am an international student.

Just got a reply from the school. Interviews will go on till the 27th of Jan. So hold on and be relaxed.

Anybody know at what specific time R3 closes tomorrow? (I.E., noon EST, midnight?)

hey i haven't yet got round 2 interview from Emory? should i still expect one or it's game over?

In R1, I submitted my application in 9, Oct and received invitation in 12, Nov (after many people reported to receive invitation). So keep your fingers crossed.

Today was my interview with Libby Livingston
Power failure at exactly the same time as the interview..had to finally call her on phone
It went well overall..no special incidents questions..general questions on leadership trait, the Whys of everything.

1. Tell me about your career after graduating from college
2. Why did you choose Samsung?
3. Why emory?
4. Why MBA?
5. Talk about your short-term and long term goals
6. Why you are the perfect candidate for this goal you have
7. Since you worked in various teams, what characteristics of a team can you tell
8. What leadership qualities you want to have and what you want to avoid, if you were to become a leader
9. One significant thing you can tell me about yourself that isn't listed in your resume

Questions for me .. I asked two

I submitted my application and all materials are in, and my recommendations are in and I paid my application fee, but when I check my application it still says waiting for the $150 fee...is the fee not directly tied to my app and they have to manually link it up? Should I be worried? I got the receipt and everything and def. submitted before the deadline and my CC is charged...

No worries. The system needs some days to change status. In R1, I had to wait 4 or 5 days.

Email MBAApplication@emory.edu and let them know your application is not showing payment. Provide the application reference # and screen shot of email receipt from payment. I had the same issue and they took care of it immediately.

Haven't heard back yet from Emory. Any hopes? Do they send out an e-mail in case of rejection?

I was wondering the same. I emailed the admissions and asked them about the timeline. They said that interviews could be sent out up until the decision date and decisions could be released without an interview. So I guess there is still a two more weeks of hope left.

They are doing R3 interviews now, so I think for applicants from R2 that havent heard back its a good chance of waitlist or ding at this point

I am also in the same boat...

I think the game is almost over...But, the adcom continues to say that they will send out the invitations until Jan 28th...Not so hopeful about that...

I submitted my app on 12th Nov (a day before the R2 deadline) however was late in requesting the official GMAT score be sent. Eventually, it reached the college on 17th Nov and thats the date that it shows on my online app. I'm not sure if they'd consider me in R2 or R3 now, so to that extent, i'm worried if i should be worried by now
