Tricky one this
Statement 1 is suff as X=y/2 -5 and X=y-1 => y=12
Statement 2 => Here z=y/2-2 okay but y/z must be an integer too
lets do some test cases here => y=6 => z=1 => yes
y=12 z=4 => Yes
Okay multiple cases => Insuff
