I agree with the above I would go with Georgetown especially if you can secure some additional funding from the school. Georgetown has good relationships with the NYC banks with many senior bank leaders coming from the program via undergrad or grad. These relationships and the closer proximity to NYC and the big banks make Georgetown my choice here.

While I was at the welcome weekend in Mendoza I came to the conclusion that ND is very finance heavy. Actually, the head of career services even said that Mendoza is fortunate enough to have more investment banking jobs than students who want them. The ND brand is a favorite in Chicago, so don't take that for granted. Plus the incoming class seems amazing.

I heard the same thing about the investment banking internships from some folks at Mendoza. Pretty amazing, isn't it?
