Re: 307 GRE - retake GRE or switch to GMAT? [#permalink]
Hi Farrell,

Thank you for taking out time to reply to my query..I am interested in getting into Product Management/Marketing. I might want to look at consulting..But right now my goal is to score well, I don't see that improving on the GMAT..which is why I'm aiming at the GRE..Thank you for your help.. Is there anything else you think I should keep in mind?
Thanks so much! :)

Hi EMPOWERgmatRichC,
Thank you for reply :)
I gave a mock GRE (Manhatten) like you suggested and the score break up is - 158 (Quant) and 155 (Verbal). I will take the one from ETS on the 25th.Is there anything you'd like to suggest so I can improve my results. I will put in the efforts to increase my score ( I can't give up now)..I've booked my test (it's on the Oct.02).
I did contact some schools, they don't mention the scores(except for avg GMAT scores in certain cases) that will determine scholarships but I'm guessing I need to get a 320+ to be eligble..
What would your advise be? I want to give it my best shot.
Thanks again

Hi kamkaul,

What GRE practice materials do you currently have? Given your score goal, and your limited timeframe, you would likely find it beneficial to invest in a GRE Course of some type (as opposed to just trying to self-study your way through a series of books).
