Hi Aman, I think it might be a little bit ambitious. I like the way you laid out your experience and high points here.
But what from what I'm gathering there's really no way to connect the dots between your past and your future with that career goal.
And that presents a serious risk in the eyes of career services. It's generally advisable for you to switch the function or the industry but not both.
I was able to pull it off but it was only by complete happenstance and making an emotional appeal to VP of marketing.
You need to have something of value to the employer, in addition to the MBA, and this means either experience in that same type of job, or experience in the industry are seeking to work in.
frame it as a long-term goal after Gathering some Consulting experience or social Enterprise experience in another domain.
To maximize your chances of admission, make sure that you have a way to build a bridge from your past your future so it doesn't seem like a totally random move.
AND they can see recruiters taking you off your hands, so that you won't be a burden on their employment statistics and rankings.
