May not be the best way but click on your profile and go to the kudos tab and ctrl+f "feb 2017," and you see the count in the search results. you can search for any month like this. the only restriction is that you only see 32 records per page. by the way - Members of the month do not have to do this, they just come to this page and see the count :D
