Powerscore CR worth it if you're proficient at CR? [#permalink] New post 06 Aug 2013, 07:59
Guys,

I was wondering whether the Powerscore CR book is worth going through if you're already pretty good at CR (90+ % correct on OG questions within 1.5 min / question)? Does it only explain basic concepts or are there sections for very tough CR questions, comparable to MGMAT Advanced Quant questions?

Thanks!

My opinion is Power score is already an old bok . Well the concepts are still valid and the approach too. However, I do not think that it stigmatize how to approach CR now, in this moment on real gmat.

Looking at it with the eye of the beholder, MGMAT CR 5th edition OR Aristotle CR are the best book.

Moreover, on line (and on this board) for free there are a plenty of sources to achive the best result in terms of proficiency.

regards

Whatever strategies you use for CR, try them with practice questions. I would recommend testing out that strategy against the visualization speed approach presented in this post:
