pre experience mba essays??

hello everyone...

i have doubt regarding the essays for programs such as duke mms, mim in europe

as freshers do not have huge stories to narrate to the adcom,
are the essays weighed less..

if yes then their weightage for gmat and gpa's should be high.. but their averages are less when compared to mba's in the same school

any suggestions please.. so that i can understand which should be given more priority

Essays are very important for MiM programs in Europe and MMS at Duke. You have to showcase your extracurricular activities, internships during your college. The quality of applications is very high.

MiM programs in Europe also accept applications with 1 year experience.
