Could some tell me what the when do we use the following:-
a) differ from v/s differ with
b) Exchange for v/s exchange with
c) debate over or debate about a particular issue (which one is correct)?

debate over is right...debate is used as noun.

i exchanged x with y..... active
x was exchanged for y...............passive
