Dear Mike thanks a ton for taking out time to answer my questions.

b) :) All doubts clear of question "b". How do GMAT-test-makers trick "that" in SC?

Mike can you also suggest me some good online CAT format practice tests along with tutorials that can help to improve speed.

I am 33 years old and own a small enterprise (business consulting for SMEs). Could my age be an issue to apply for HBS or Stanford?

Thanks
Sid :)

Dear Sid,
MGMAT has some very high quality CATs for practice, and Magoosh will soon publicly release CATs --- they are in beta trials right now. As far as tutorials to increase speed ---- practice, practice, practice. On the Magoosh blog and among the Magoosh video lessons, we recommend several strategies, but which one will save you the most time depends very much on the kinds of mistakes or road-blocks you are hitting now.

As far as age and how adcom will see that ----- I am no admission consultant, and I would strongly suggest checking with someone who has that expertise, but my sense is that, at many high quality business schools, an age in the early 30s is no problem if that person has spend the time between undergrad and now gaining good experience in the business world. I would say if you already own a business consulting enterprise, that speaks very well for your experience, and thus your age shouldn't be a problem. That's my two cents.

Mike :-)
