Fear not, good sir! You have posted your query in the proper forum. As seekmba has so righteously pointed out, the current president of Estonia is indeed Toomas Hendrik Ilves. He has held this post since 2006. And, just to be thorough, here is a complete historical list of all the rulers and political leaders of Estonia. Enjoy!

I actually met him last June, seems like a nice guy haha. Estonia really is a beautiful country, I LOVED Tallinn what an awesome city it is. Although, it's definitely a bit on the cold side but I'd venture to say it's one of the best places I've ever visited, although I didn't really 'visit' I was there for military purposes.
