Code - Institution - Date Requested - Date Reported
9999 - Registration With No Di Codes: United States - 12/6/2005

The above is written in the previous score recipients section of mba.com
Does anyone know what exaclty it means and who I can talk to about it. I dont really feel like paying another $28x5 to re-send the scores to institutions.
