3 Years IT consultant (Billing, CRM) @ US consulating firm USA
4 Years ERP and Management Information Systems
@ TATA and Mahindra (Indian Firms)

2001- till date - Sr Software Engineer Intel Corp

Tactical Team Lead responsible for both people and technical management.
Led cross geographic factory team with members in Isreal, Ireland, and several US location. Project management, design development of DSS systems for factory automation for INTEl factories.

Currently working on DSS systems for Intel Sypply chain.

Professional Awards:
1 Intel divisional Awards as team member that saved 200 mil USD for Intel
1 Intel divisional award for devlopment of new tech
1 Intel development award.
2 Outstanding contribution awards from US consulating firm.

Other activities
Working on several United Way intitiatives
Science competition judge
Math/Scince education intitiative
Adopt a family intitaive
Helping in Food bank

Goal: Management consultant/IB

Focus Area: Strategy, Finance, GM

Target Schools: Still on discovery stage

Looked at MIT, HBS, Stanford, Columbia, Wharton, Chicago, Kellogs, Tuck


In last stage of US permanent residency process. Expect to get it in 2008.

Damager,

Your age is a big impediment for you, I'm afraid. You are at the age where schools may well wonder why you aren't applying to an executive MBA program and given your age they will expect you to have a stronger resume. I'm not sure I see the management profile they would expect of someone with your experience. Given that fact, the lack of outstanding strength in your community history, and the tough demographic pool you're applying from, I'm afraid all of these schools are long shots for you. Harvard and Stanford are not possible IMO, and Chicago and Kellogg--perhaps the most doable--will also be hard. If you're dead-set on applying for a full-time MBA I recommend picking 2-3 of these schools as your "longshots" or "reach" schools and looking a little further down on the food chain for your other target schools.
