Accounting- Big 4 since 09

2) Your GMAT.

700/800, 8/8, 6/6

3) College info: The name of the college, your GPA or grade average, your major, year of graduation.

Syracuse / 3.4 / '09

4) Significant college and post-college extra-curricular activities or community service, especially leadership experience.

Some community based volunteering

5) Important certifications like CFA, CPA, FSA, or CA.

CPA + CFA

6) Your target programs.

FullTime- Penn, Chicago, NW, Columbia, NYU, Berkeley, Duke

7) When you plan to apply?

R2 2013-2014

8) Your post-MBA goal.

While you certainly have a chance at all the programs on your list, I think you are stretching a little too much. You are competitive at Duke, but alittle low on the GMAT and the GPAfor the other programs. Unless you have had unusually quick promotions at the accounting firm, your work experience probably hasn't allowed you to show a lot of leadershipor to have much impact. Your community services sounds limited. Apply to Duke and perhaps 2 of the other programs you mention and then consider programs like Ross, Cornell, Darden, UCLA, and Yale.
