You have very good academics and work experience. But your GMAT score and extracurricular achievements are just average. If you are targeting the top schools you have to be exceptional at every aspect as you are in a strong competitive pool. Great academics or score will not guarantee admission. You have to be a complete package. With your work experience and professional achievements you have a really good chance of getting admission into one of the top schools. Don’t take chances with an average score and extracurricular activities. If I were you I would retake GMAT and aim for a 720+ score and also try to improve my extracurricular activities. Good luck.
