Work Experience : 3 years (all in home country of Kenya) * (Current) Information Systems manager for international non-profit research org. 2 direct reports. 1 professional rec from here. * Software Engineer in medium sized social enterprise. Co-lead of innovative project with good results. 1 professional rec from here. * Tech Lead in start-up social enterprise

Post MBA Goal : * Long-term : Want to lead a succssful technology firm based in Africa * Short-term : Join a high-tech firm and gain operational and business experience to aid long term goal.
My Questions : * Feedback on target schools? Is this the right basket? Reach (Stanford, Haas, Sloan) Match (Kellogg) Safety - but not really (Yale, Tuck)
* How to explain low undergrad gpa? I did worse towards the end which is harder to explain. Basically due to family problems but would it be inappropriate to go into that? * What are my chances at scholarships with low undergrad gpa? Any other international student financial aid advice? All/Most schools I'm applying to have to have private loan options with no-US cosigner
