Your GMAT is low for this program – even though part-time, it’s still quite competitive. On the other hand, everything else in your profile is strong and distinctive – academics, work experience, extracurriculars. If you turn in an absolutely shining application, I believe you’d have a shot. I consider it a reasonable reach.
One thing to handle with some delicacy is your plan to change careers, which is not what a part-time program usually is for. I suggest making a very, very specific case for how you will make this transition without relying on the school’s career resources.
