Your profile looks strong if a trifle unfocused. Stanford and HBS may be reaches but I would not discourage you from applying to them or the other schools you mentioned. Yes, GMAT and upward grade trend mitigates the lower GPA. Age is still in the ballpark. It seems that the bulk of career has been in marketing so that's how they'll probably perceive you. Yes, you will need to account for all apparent career-track transitions, but if you explain them clearly (no need for exhaustive explanations) they won't hold you back. Not sure I know the answer to your question 6--have you researched their site and posed this question to them? Other strong entrepreneurship programs you may have a chance at include USC, UCLA, Wharton, and UNC.
