Hello! Thanks for sharing your profile. I think your work experience is very strong. Academically, your GMAT is average but your GPA seems low. In terms of extracurriculars/community, I don't see anything outstanding, but it sounds like you've remained active in these areas, so that is good. All in all, I think your professional experience is your biggest asset, so you want to highlight your leadership and success in that arena, while balancing with your extracurricular and community interests/activities. I'd say you could target programs like Duke, Darden, NYU. You could also look at UCLA, maybe even try for Berkeley (this would be a reach). Overall though, I'd say you should target programs in the 10-25 range but be sure to have some safeties on your list (maybe something like USC) as well. Good luck! Thanks for your valuable advice, Mili. I am mostly looking at 1 yr programs like ISB, INSEAD and Kellogg. Do you think I stand a good chance in these schools? Also, should I be highlighting anything specific for these schools? Most of the schools you recommended are 2 yr programs, and it'll be great if you can share feedback and suggestions with keeping the 3 schools above in mind.

Sorry about that! I think INSEAD is a possibility - the challenge you have is your low GPA and slightly low GMAT score. Kellogg is a reach. ISB may be possible, but same challenges given your academic scores. Is there any chance/time for you to retake the GMAT and boost your score? That could help.
