Hello,
What an interesting profile - thanks for sharing! Let's break it down:
Academics: Unfortunately, this is the big weakness in your profile. A 640 GMAT is quite low for top programs, and it sounds like your grades from undergrad are average. Is there any chance of retaking the test and improving your score? Even if you could reach a 680, that would really improve your chances at the programs you are interested in. I'd really strongly suggest you retake the exam and aim for that 700+ if possible!
Professional experience: Your professional experience is very interesting - marketing + hospitality. It sounds to me like you'll have a lot of strong leadership stories to draw from. The fact that you've transitioned into an NGO is somewhat of a wildcard - shows that you are committed to your community, but unless you can find a way to tie it into your career narrative, it might just seem like you are lost/unfocused.
Extracurricular/Community: Your dance background is awesome and I'm sure you'll have strong stories to draw from here as well.
Overall, your profile outside of academics is very interesting and well-balanced, but your academics as they currently stand will keep you out of the running at programs like Haas, Duke, Cornell. I'd really strongly encourage you to retake the GMAT if possible and work to improve your score - - if you can get in the 680+ range, I think you'd definitely have a shot at these programs (ideally a 700+). If you plan to apply with your current scores, I think you'll need to aim much lower towards programs like USC, University of Maryland, etc.
Please let me know if you have additional questions!
