So you really haven't provided enough information, but I can tell you that it appears that you are "admissible". It would help to know your undergraduate record. Your MS gpa falls close to the median for either school but it also depends on where you attended graduate school. Your GMAT is below the 80th percentile for either school, so some other aspect of your profile would need to be stellar for that score to work, I suggest trying to raise it. Your work experience in terms of time is a little above average, but longevity is not as important as progression, level of responsibility, teamwork, and leadership. Finally, I have no idea what you do, engineer I am guessing. Adcoms want to know why you need an MBA and if you can bring value to their programs, that would also factor into just how admissible you are. Good luck!
