I think you have a strong profile. To your question, a 780+ GMAT score always helps, I would think – do you have one on ice?!
In terms of extracurricular activities, what you’ve done more recently has more weight than what you did at Harvard. Your crew coaching is good – anything else? Bolstering this area would move the needle.
And, in terms of your post-MBA goals, paint a picture that cohesively ties together your past, present, and future. Why the change from finance and asset management to entrepreneurship? I am all for bringing high-value manufacturing back to the US, but what is your motivation and rationale for this career shift? You will need to convey a mindset that is logical and reasonable to the admissions committees.
Otherwise, my only comment is that you do not have any safety schools on your list. Add some to be safe? Or, if it’s top 5 programs or nothing for you, then ignore this comment.
