Sounds like you are researching everything early, to apply in a few years (?), which is great. If it is possible at all, I would probably recommend taking the GMAT once more and especially focusing on bringing up the quant side, when you are talking about the top-ranked MBA programs.
Schools will take the highest score, and in the 60's percentile-wise for quant is less ideal (plus if you brought that up, your overall would go up too). Especially if you have time and can invest in a prep program. Otherwise your nationality and international experiences will help you stand out from the crowd, so you'll want to emphasize what you learned and gained from those experiences, as well as any leadership experiences and accomplishments and results within your professional roles.
Good luck on the process !
