jolt,
You have a very impressive profile for an about-to-be college senior and, more than that, it's a distinctive profile (the Japanese minor, the investing company, the post-MBA goals) etc. There's only one thing holding you back from glory and it's your GMAT score. If you can raise that 40 points you will be able to aim pretty high. If you cannot (let's assume that 660), then you may still be competitive at the following highly ranked programs in entrepreneurship: USC, UNC, Wisconsin, Indiana U, and Babson. I say "may" not only because of your GMAT score but because not all of these programs are as welcoming to younger applicants as others. You should not be discouraged by this list of schools. First, your score will probably rise if you take it a second time, especially if you enroll in a GMAT prep course. Second, you are very young, so if you just keep excelling as you have thus far, you will be a killer applicant when you add some work full-time experience to your profile.
Hope this helps,
