Demographic: White male
GMAT: 690
UG: Small private school, 3.6 overall, 3.8 in accounting major
Work ex: 2 years big 4 audit w/ CPA and 3 years (at matriculation) of management consulting in mid tier firm
No EC's <---big hurt

Assume decent essays and decent interview, what are my chances at Duke, Ross, Darden, and similar tier schools?

I think you'll have a good shot at those schools.

If you pump up your GMAT to 720+ and believe you can craft stellar essays, you should also take a swing at Columbia, Kellogg, Chicago, Tuck. It's probably worthwhile to apply to 1-2 of these even if you can't raise your GMAT, as a reach.
