Hello,

You have some interesting material to work with here, and I do think you could get into a top-10 (or even a top-5) school with the right application strategy. Great ECs, from the sound of your post. The only potential "watch out" for me is not to sound too scattered... The side businesses show passion and initiative, but for the purposes of applying to a top business school you'll want to be able to focus your message and show that you're not just a dabbler who has 20 things going on. Pick two or three things (your job and a community service project that you really care about, for example), and focus most of your energy on those in your application.
