Great profile. With a well packaged application, you could likely get in just about any school you choose, so I like your list and encourage you to scour the top 10, even top five and pick your "ultimate" school. B-schools love Military personnel and the fact that you are a pilot will help you stand out even among the pool of other military applicants. Don't worry about being older than the average applicant--makes sense that you would stay in a little longer than usual since you did the flight school route. You should visit some of the schools and see which ones feel like a good fit for you. My guess is that you would be in the running for some fellowships, so you may find people fighting over you, again, assuming you present your case in a compelling way in your application.
