Hello,
Thanks for sharing your profile. It sounds like you have strong work experience and a great academic profile (GPA/GMAT). Your lack of post-college ECs/community work will be a disadvantage when applying to a top ten program though.
I'd say you have a better shot at Wharton over H/S, as I don't see any extraordinary examples of leadership that scream Harvard/Stanford profile. And, like I said, the lack of extracurriculars and community work will present a challenge - but it's one I think you can overcome. I'd say you'd probably have a good shot at least a partial merit scholarship from a program like Michigan.
All this said, I do think you could benefit from another year of work experience. Can you take on more responsibility at work? Are you eligible for promotion? Also, in the extra year, you could take on community and extracurricular leadership activities that could go a long way to bolster your profile/chances. But, if you really think you won't gain anything from another year on the job, then I think you do have a shot at a top 20 program with your current profile. You can always apply this year and if you don't get in, you can pick up the community/leadership activities, increase your professional leadership scope, and reapply in 2014.
Hope this helps,
Mili
