I'd say you have a chance at your targets, with the best shot at Kellogg. Your story is unique and definitely has the kind of leadership experience that the top schools desire. When coupled with your representation of an under-represented country, this can indeed help get the attention of the adcoms. Your GMAT score is good, but will be below the average at H/S/W, so increasing this will help offset your not having gone to a "pedigree" undergrad institution. Your GPA is also going to be below the average. So in short, what's going for you is your story, your experience and your diversity. What's working against you is your GPA, your undergrad instution and your GMAT score.
