Actually I think you have a very nice profile. You have a solid good four years of marketing experience, at big companies. Your GMAT is solid too (could have been higher... but well within a standard deviation of average GMAT for any and all Top 10 programs). Kellogg should even be within your range as you are truly a glove-fit for the school. In your case, I get the feeling that a lot will depend on your essays. If you can tell them a compelling and visionary story, with solid logical goals, I feel you can do very well.
And make sure you use your optional essay to explain to the AdComs that you were working while studying. It should help mitigate things a bit.
